I bought these to wear when my fresh nose piercing heals, and also to wear in my second ear lobe piercings. First off, shipping was very fast! Packaging was good, they came in a tiny plastic zip bag inside of a small typical jewelry bag. Secondly, everything was as pictured. The smallest size is too small for any of my piercings, tragus and cartilage included. Just a PSA. My nose piercing is not ready to be changed to these yet, but I have had these in my lobes for about three weeks and have had zero discoloring, irritation, or tarnishing. I have reactions to cheaper metals typically so I would highly recommend this product!

I used these for my ears. Easy to get in if you have patience. They key is to make sure that both ends are lined up. I would recommend. Did not irritate my ears or cause discomfort.
