I’ve about a lot of septum jewelry on amazing, but this set is one of my best finds. The ends do not randomly unscrew, I have not lost ANY. The top two in ad pic have no ends, but are very easy to put in the hole and do not slide out when sleeping or showering. If I did happen to lose a end. I’ll order this again ASAP!

The colors and variety is nice but the quality of the metal isn't good at all. I wore the dark colored clipped piercing with the opal stone and it started turning green and irritating the inside of my nose within the second day. I have a nickle allergy as do most people, so find jewelry that doesn't irritate my skin is a must. I wouldn't recommend for people with highly sensitive skin and would not recommend for long-term wearing.

Some of the more decorated rings are hard to put in and close the ring but all the others were great
