I have small nipples and these fit fine. Definitely not to use right after peircing as you need swell space. They are cute and true to picture. The barbells are stainless steel however the shields (circle and half circle) are not, they tarnished. Maybe sealing before use will work for you. I ordered rose gold but these are just gold. The barbell with pink spots on it is just a clear plastic ball with a little glitter in it which is not what i was expecting.

These are great! They are well made, they don't become loose too often. They don't rust or change color & I am a stomach sleeper & they do not irritate me at all.

I was so excited for these, but unfortunately they didn't send what was advertised and shown above. I ordered rainbow, but got multiple colors besides rainbow, and they're all C's and hoops. No dangles, or steering wheels like shown in photos. They're still cute, but I'm really disappointed.
