You get what you see in the photo. Feels like good quality I haven't had skin discoloration to suggest it's nickel coated in stainless steel (I'm allergic to nickel causes my skin to go from green to black and doesn't just wash off).

Love the look of this jewelry, but my skin was noticeably darkened after wearing some of the dangly designs. Took a few days for that to return to normal after changing to the more minimal jewelry.

I received these and noticed they were rather heavy attempt to put them in, and they pulled my nipples down. Within a few hours I started having an allergic reaction. I’m allergic to stainless steel. These nipple rings are stainless steel. I thought so by the weight when I first held them being in use to work in jewelry. I figured I already have them so I might as well give them a try. By the next day they start to get infected.
