The horse shoes are perfect and true to size, but the closed loop pressure ball rings have a very small gap. I have thick cartilage so its a bit difficult to get on without some force. The 2 more decorative rings are kind of hard to close as well. But overall im satisfied with the purchase

The ones with the single ball are a pain but I didnt even need or want those do its awesome they can be back up ones. It also came with 2 extremely cute silver plated ones with little "diamonds". Super glad I got these. And they only took 1 day to get to me.
