I love the flat piece it helps stop nervous fidgeting and doesnt hit my teeth/gums. The balls are super small the clear one you dont notice when talking so good for when youre with family or work functions where it will be commented or ragged on to death or otherwise frowned upon. I also have a very small mouth and these fit snug but not too snug. Threading is standard size so if you want the flat back with a decorative ball you can just screw on any piece you choose and keep the comfort of the shorter bar with the flat back. I like to wear with the picture balls because theyre more oblong and fit better against the roof of my mouth. There also arent any strange fittings or rough edges like with most retainer/stealth jewelry.

My dentist suggested a flat bottom tongue ring so my gum line wouldn't be rubbed on. These worked perfectly. The bottom is smaller than my previous so there was some getting used to but for sure a me problem not a product issue. The ball on top fits all other standard balls so my favorite tops can still be used.

So I bought these piercings for my tongue. The base was an okay size and fit for covering the hole underneath my tongue, the circular bar itself, was slightly smaller than the rest of my other piercings that are the small size. The ball on top was WAY to small, it was the size as if I would use it for my nipple piercings, so I had to exchange the ball out for sure. But the piercing was compatible when changing tops, the comfort was good when I put it on and adjusting in my mouth, the look is nice, the strength is doable, so all around I am still happy and its worth buying.

Perfectly perfect. I got my cheeks pierced and was stuck with the ugliest, longest bars possible sticking out of my cheeks for two weeks until these sweet angels came in. They fit amazingly perfect as if they were measured to my own cheeks. The back is digging into my cheek somewhat, but I would rather have this flat back than a ball to be biting on. I recommend this highly for cheek jewelry.

I needed to change out my tongue piercing due to the ball rubbing on my lower inside gums for a long time. It's not as long as I'm used too. It states a 14g but I feel its thinner maybe 16g. The flat bottom is nice but wish it was a bit bigger as it does get stuck in my piercing tunnel. I'll try it out for a some time and see if I just need to get used to it.Other than my personal opinion, it showed up on time and priced well for the 2 of them.

Received promptly. The bottom is flat and jagged so it scraped the bottom of my mouth. The clear ball was small and didn’t have a good threading inside. It popped off the rod while in my tongue. I would have choked on it had it not gone flying. Not happy with this purchase.

Wanted a tongue barbell that was short and wouldn’t hit my bottom teeth. I changed the top ball for a 5mm, but the bottom is smooth and no longer irritates my gums or teeth.
