I thought having the internal threading and not having to fumble behind my ears would make these easy to put on. The thread stems are very, very short and thin. I fumbled badly with getting them to line up and screw in. I had to use pliers to do anything other than the largest pair.I would have returned these, however the first night wearing them, I accidentally caught my finger on the teensy tiny stud and pulled it backwards, nearly out of my ear - it’s THAT tiny!I had to push it forward because it was stuck, and because my ear was so tender, I couldn’t unscrew it without more pain and bleeding. The next day, the tiny stud was gone, having come unscrewed and fallen out. It was found but I took all of the studs out, afraid of losing more of them. I didn’t return these because I bled with the one and didn’t want that possibly sent to someone else.So now they just sit in my jewelry box.

Most of the tips didn't fit into the bases. Its like they sent me a few 20g tips and some 18g tips for 16g posts. The few that did fit, didn't stay screwed securely. This meant I was either constantly putting my hands in my mouth to tighten the post/tip on my labret and medusa, or the tips would just unscrew and fall off at random moments.

Bought these earrings for my wife. She wore them for two days, making sure they were tight every day but mid-day one of the 4mm stud opals came off. Contacted seller to see about replacing that one opal stud and I never heard from them. The earrings are very pretty but not worth buying to only wear for 2 days.
