I really loved wearing this barbell! Over time however the black coating came off of the cat head. When removing the barbell I had a build up of gunk on the back. I didn't take it off ever even during showing. It was a little difficult to put on since you have to put each ball on while in ear. I usually put one ball in then slide bar in each hole.I will say that little jewel stayed intact!It is cute and for the price not a bad buy.
