I have had my nipples pierced for a few years now and they have not seemed to fully heal. I purchased these because not only were they longer giving room for swelling so the piercing could heal, but they’re also internally threaded as well. Externally threaded jewelry can cause micro tears as you push it through your piercing. I wish I had bought these long ago, because my piercings are finally starting to heal and are not so irritated!

I ordered the 14g 1/2 inch 4mm ball.I have had my piercings for about 9 years and they're still sensitive when changing jewlery.Jewlery: I was told by a piercer that titanium is a great option for those with sensitive skin, and when surgical steel doesn't do that trick. 1/2 inch is a very snug fit. I have no exposed barbell. The 4mm balls are very tiny, Compared to the ball on my belly ring it's about 1/3 to 1/4 of the size. This is a nice set if you want to avoid snagging the piercing on clothes and if you want your piercing to be undetected when going bra-less.Process: This is my first set of internally threaded barbells and I found them a lot less painful to insert due to the lack of threads exposed. I also recommend using a water solvable lubricant (KY jelly works) to coat the jewlery to make it go through easier. I just butted the new barbell up to the end of the previously inserted jewlery and followed it through. Absolutely painless!Seller: product arrived on time in a plastic bag, these do not come in sealed sterilized packages so you will need to wash them with Antibacterial soap (Dial). This is a great price for a custom set of nipple rings, you would pay at least double to do this at a shop, plus tip of course. Just be sure to use check the measurements on yourself or on jewlery that you already own that fits well.

These are great quality and a great size, but my wife lost a ball after just 2 days. Bought a replacement pair that she's been wearing for about a week so they seem to be better, but the first pair must have had bad threading or something. Maybe we just didn't tighten it down enough, but it felt tight and still fell out so be careful. Wish they had extra balls just in case.

My bridge piercing has been struggling with bumps and bleeding for 2 years. Switching from an externally threaded spiked bar to a internally threaded bar has INSTANTLY improved my bridge. The bumps are going down, no more redness or itching. I love this brands jewelry!

These bars are lovely. They are light, and the 1/2" fits my nipples perfectly. I like the 5mm balls, they are noticeable; which I was wanting. The internal threading is a godsend for changing out the bars, nothing jagged to chew up the inside of the piercings. I am kicking myself for not ordering these sooner. I have metal allergies, and the bars I was pierced with one year ago apparently contain some of one or more metals that I am allergic to. The irritation, and seeping were constant for me. I was very close to just removing them and letting the piercings heal. I read that titanium was the least likely metal alloy to contain metals that are common allergens. So I thought I would give these a chance as a last ditch effort to save the piercings (and I dearly love the way they look). In 72 hours, my irritation is gone, and the fluid seeping out of the piercings has nearly stopped. I am no longer having an allergic reaction to jewelry! They look and feel great. The price is very good for the quality of the product. I only wish that I had tried them months ago. I will be ordering at least one more pair for back up, in case of loss of bar or ball, as nipple piercings tend to close up in no time for me, and I have zero desire to have them pierced again, it was not a fun process. Overall, I can't recommend this product, or seller enough!

On each bar, one ball/end does not screw in correctly. It screws in and sits crooked.Because of this, the ends do not screw all the way in, leaving some of the threads exposed.The bars came like this and I could never get the ends on right no matter how many times I tried.
