When I received my package, all of the earrings were not present. I did contact Amazon and they sent a replacement. The replacement was intact, however, these earrings are absolute garbage. They are super hard to get the ball screwed on and then it just kept falling off. The quality is very poor and I feel like this was a total waste of money. I will never buy from this company again.
