I got the 18g for my nose piercing since I couldn't find a internally threaded 20g and did also purchase a piercing threader to make it easier to change it out but the shortest size is perfect for my small nose. The longer 2 sizes are great for healing piercing to give them room to swell and breathe. I haven't noticed any tarnishing of the metal or gem so I'm very happy with the quality and color. Unless you have very long fingernails or issues with dexterity its not difficult at all to screw in and they don't come undone if you keep them tight.

The posts are decent and the short one is very good but the other two are very similar in size. The front pieces however are much larger than the photos make them seem. If you want something dainty and small, this isn’t it.

I like these earrings. They are very comfortable, the only problem is screwing the earrings in. I found that it took me a WHILE to screw them together due to the small size. But once you get them on they are cute.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. There aren’t enough threads on the diamonds and I lost all 3 rings in a weeks period. Won’t buy again.
