Wearing the star ones in this picture I have implant grade steel that I use for the posts and then I just put the pin into my posts so I can’t say if these are good for sensitive skin or not but they are beautiful my favorite are these star ones and the purplish/opal stone

So i tried these nose rings and the idea is great but i have 2 issues. First the top of some tend to come out real easy and i was scared to try them for fear they would come off while sleeping. Second when you try to take it out the bottom seems that it would be easy to lose somewhere in the nose and i am afraid of losing it and it going places i would rather it not go.

Bought for my daughter. She is very happy with them. She's been wearing one in particular since Christmas (about 2 months) and cleaning it regularly with isopropyl alcohol. It's held up very well. She's generally sensitive to metals, but has worn this without having any problems.

I give it a four star because yes they work but they are very short which makes it very difficult to get in and one of the star ones kept falling out due to it not connecting properly.
