Nostril Piercing:Changing jewelryOnce your piercing has fully healed,with a little patience and practice,you may be able to change nostril jewelry yourself,though many piercees prefer to get assistance from their piercer.To remove a nostril screw,it must be twisted and pulled,following the curve of the corkscrew.Most nostrial screws are tiny and can be tricky to handle,especially at first.Inserting a nostril screw is a little like riding a bicycle:when you move too slowly,it doesn't go smoothy.Once the tail portion is through the nostril,a swift twisting motion to get the post through the tissue is often best.The hard part can be passing thetail all the way through the channel before it curves-and finding the inside surface,since you can't see it.If the screw is made with too short or tight a tail,it can be nearly impossible to insert,Even if the straight post is long enought. |
Nostril Piercing:RetiringMany piercees find a nostril piercing does not stay open long without jewelry in place.The hole can shrink in the time it takes you to remove,wash and dry your jewelry and try to put it back in place.If you like the piercing,leave jewelry in at all times. Items came in as described. It's a good quality steel and hasn't bothered my very sensitive skin at all. There are 3 in the package and they are all the same size/length/guage etc.This was my first ever L ring piece but even so I didn't have a hard time putting it in.The post itself isn't too long, so if your pricing is new and still puffy I would wait on it- but the post size is one of the things I like about it. It lays pretty flat with just enough wiggle room, which makes it a lot easier to blow my nose (it's flu season as I write haha)Overall a great purpose.

I’ve purchased a lot of nose rings in my life, and I prefer surgical steel, Sterling silver with cubic zirconium or ideally gold/diamond.The one time I bought myself a gold diamond nose stud, I lost it within a year so I don’t buy myself nice nose jewelry anymore. 😇This one is a great alternative to gold and diamond nose ring, it looks like gold, doesn’t irritate my skinIt honestly looks and feels very high quality and expensive and comes with 3, which is perfect as you know inevitably they get lost often and fall out of your nose

Got my package and the jewelry was not even in the the little plastic bag, there were holes all over the bag and the jewelry was rusted and way too small! There were also dirt partials inside the bigger "velvet" bag, which the jewelry had been sitting in!

They are pretty and did arrive as promised. However they are relatively small. They would not fit in my wife's nose. At least they were inexpensive. Not worth the time and trouble to return. Lesson learned.
