The 20g is thinner than the 18g.

Yall…yeah it’s cute but this mf HURTS! I’m not being dramatic when I say it started to make a second piercing in my nose. You can kinda bend it but then it just looks wonky so honestly I’d say pass on this. In the picture- this is how i had to bend it so it would stop hurting. Save your comfortIt also started irritating my nose the second day.
