The media could not be loaded. So this piece is super cute very dainty but a good little splash of shine. The biggest thing I noticed is the weight compared to price, at 1.82 grams of 14k gold I would expect to see a less than $200 price point, current 14k spot price is $36.79/gram (7/22/23). I have seen a 3.1gram 24k necklace for almost the same price. There is always a markup on jewelry because it is a manufactured good, I see a lot of pieces from $65/gram to $100/gram depending upon the size, this one is even higher. The concept of using recycled gold materials is awesome, so I’m not sure if that adds to the cost. As for a look the symmetry is key, the charms have a super high polish and shine. This necklace would be good to stack with others but also beautiful alone.
