Really nice quality and great colors, but the heart is way too big. The heart is too tall to fit snugly inside the curve of my ear, so it just hangs down and looks stupid.

When the description says titanium "plated" they don't mean it's actually painted with titanium. This piece is simply surgical steel that has been anodized and *looks* like rainbow titanium.How do I know you ask? Well, I didn't until my ear told me. Story time: 15 years ago, my piercer whom had pierced my nipples with normal steel jewelry told me they were healing and one side was rejecting the jewelry most likely because I have a metal allergy. He recommended titanium and we swapped all my piercings out with it. Night meet day.So, imagine my surprise when after more than a week in my ear, this piercing began to weep and got sore. No infection, just super irritated...the bar left an indentation in my ear as well, which has a sore where it rested against the flat part inside.This morning, I swapped it out for two shorter titanium bars that I had left from awhile back...and after once again, night meet day... it's doesn't hurt anymore...0/5 I do not recommend for anyone with metal allergies or sensitive ears. If you can't wear "off the shelf" earrings from the local box store...you cannot wear this.

The heart was larger than I expected couldn't orient it correctly because there was enough space between the bar and the top of my ear.
