It looks nice in my medusa, it feels better than the wider based jewelry that tends to rub. It is tiny so kinda difficult to get in. But once it is in I have not had it try to fall out. I like it. Good purchase.

I've purchased two of these and both had the same issue. After one or two wears, the prong insert no longer fits into the back part. It is too loose and the jewel just falls right out.
