This is the second set of these rings I’ve purchased. They are super cute, sizable, and easy to screw on. The only issue is the spikes WILL come loose by themselves no matter how tight you tighten them. I’ve NEVER had an issue with horseshoe rings coming loose on their own. I had the same horseshoe ring in my nose for 5+ years and never worried about it until I switched to this.I won’t buy these again but hoping to find them somewhere else, as I’ve had 3 out 4 rings lost because of this.
