I was unsure about using it in my nose piercing but it was no problem.A little hard unscrewing it the first time but it's fine now. Blue snake eye looks great as it's a 4mm ball. If you want a smaller look this probably isn't for you.

i bought these for a side labret and theres no way theyre long enough not sure if its just cause my skins thicker or if theyre really just to short for mouth piercings either way i cant wear these just spent the night with them in and my skin started to move over the backs
