Was larger like I expected so if your using this as a medusa labret and yours is positioned lower then it may go over your lip a tiny bit. Its a bit larger than a pea. Top is hard to get on until you find a strategy that works for you but that's to be expected. Its beautiful and it doesn't need much maintenance to stay shiny. I'm really happy with it.
