This earring is much smaller than I thought but it’s perfect for my conch piercing. My only complaint is that it’s so tiny it’s hard to make sure it’s tightened enough. The back just spins if I try to turn the front. I’m sure it’s screwed in but wish I could get a grip on it just to be sure. Very cute and simple tho.

The jewelry itself is is super cute, but the bar is super short and incredibly difficult to unscrew. I had to go to a specialist to get it taken out. It inflamed my ear and irritated it. Due to the front being a heart you can't really get a good grip on it to unscrew it.

i put one of these in my wifes conch and then did one in mine a couple months later. very comfortable, hardly ever notice it. I don't recommend this for a tragus because its hard to get really tight and if you're a side sleeper, you'll manage to spin the heart off and lose the whole thing. little pricey for a SINGLE PIECE but it is good quality
