I bought this a while ago because the nose stud I got when I got my nose originally pierced was giving my nose weird cartilage bumps... I decided to try this type of metal to see how it would work. It works surprisingly well however it is a bit bigger than I had thought. My original one was really relatively small so getting this one one was semi bloody...still works well and is super cute!

Super unhappy. I purchased this one because of the review said they were all shorter than other brands but it was so long it had fallen out and I had lost it with in 4 hours. My original stud was a 16 gauge but and unfortunately I cannot find them anymore so it was Also very loose but if the post had been half the length it was, it should have stayed

Good! It was a little longer and the hook was a little shorter than other nose screws I've had. Also, it comes chemically sterilized which is awesome bc it's sterile, but it had a weird chemically smell that I assume came from the sterilization. Probably wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't stuck it in my nose, though.

The quality is great but the piece is very large. It is too big for my nose and very uncomfortable even though I have a thicker nostril.

My nose was originally pierced with a stainless steel nose screw that was giving me problems, so I got this one to try out titanium. The sterile packaging was really nice and the stone is pretty, but the bottom of the head that holds the gem is weirdly tapered instead of flat, meaning that every time you slightly move your face, the gem slides up and down in the piercing (picture included shows my original surgical steel nose screw on the bottom and this one on top for shape comparison). I even tried gently pushing down the stud so it would stop moving, but the whole thing still sits super far off the nose which looks bizarre from the front and gets caught on everything. The post constantly moving up and down was so annoying that I had to switch it back after less than an hour. It was super disappointing because I really wanted to like this nose screw, but the shape of it just makes no sense

So far these are the best nose rings Ive purchased. Easy in and out but doesn't fall out without you wanting it to. Also so many options to help pair with any outfit!

Purchased this as my recent nose piercing wasn't doing well with cheaper jewelry. The surgical grade titanium made an immediate difference. Easy to put in, solid nose ring. The jewel is about twice the size I usually like, but this is so comfortable I will be wearing it until I'm able to find something similar with a smaller jewel. As a bonus, ​this item comes pre-sanitized. I'd recommend this item!
