I have a newer nose piercing and was buying jewelry for the first time. This is my fault and not the nose rings, but they are so itty bitty I have been scared to even try to put these in. How on earth am I supposed to screw them on? LOL! They are very, very pretty, though.

Tops don't screw on tightly so I put a new one in every day and within hours, the top would be gone. And they're so tiny, you don't feel it when it comes out so you don't know where you lost it. To be clear, I like the small gem- I don't like that it won't screw in

While I knew the size of the post and the gauge, I didn't realize how incredibly small the screw was in reality, until I saw them and attempted to put them in for over an hour. I'm glad I bought 3, because one of them got lost forever, somewhere on my kitchen floor. I eventually got them in, but the stone is very small. A bonus is that I've not had irritation from them, other than the hassle it was trying to put them in with human hands, and not Smurf hands. If the stone was larger, even another millimeter larger, it would be an improvement.

Product page says G23 titanium but the packaging label says Silver toward the end of the product name. Not sure if this is referring to the gem or the color titanium. Who knows.
