The look of it was really attracting but as soon as I put it on, not only it modified my speech but ooooh my god I started drooling.Because it’s so thick, both on the outside and on the inner lip end, your lip constantly has to be kept on a leash, and even worse: it constantly runs against your teeth!Plus, in order for it to stay in place you have to tighten it as much as you can, which is hard given the thickness of the material and the shape of the jewelry.Honestly… consider buying from great artisans on Etsy that know how to provide for an every day comfort

It’s a bit fiddly to put on at first (the wider piece goes on first, if that helps. And you have to bend it a bit to make it fit properly. It bends easily enough though so it’s not a thing.) but it eventually fits really easily. It also actually fits quite comfortably and easily. The only issue I’ve encountered thus far is figuring out how to drink without a straw and not spill all over the place (At the moment, I’m sipping on the side when I’m strawless…). Other than that, it’s pretty cool and I’m happy I gave it a shot. I have a feeling it’ll go over well in certain social circles I sometimes run in! A++++
