In 0 gauge these curved BBs are perfect for my PA. The stainless steel appears high quality. There are no rough spots or surface irregularities. The balls are a nice size and plenty big to prevent slippage of the ball into the urethra. The screw stems are plenty long to ensure a ball does not suddenly become detached at a most inopportune moment. Very comfortable to wear. I recommend these without hesitation.

Fits great, the balls tighten up so there is no gaps in the threading on mine. However, my 3 star rating is for the size of the balls. The one ball is always sliding back into the urethra! It doesn’t hurt, but it’s still annoying having to adjust it often during normal wear. It’s constantly sliding back into the urethra during play time when lubricant is used or when the “natural lubricant” begins.... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Other than that, I like the fit! Need a larger ball on the one end!
