I got the 8mm length with the 2.5mm gem 18gauge for my madusa and it's stunning! Very easy to put in and take out but I'm afraid they may come out to easily..only time will tell ...just buy them

personally I like subtle jewelry, so i figured this was perfect for me. I also didnt see any photo reviews of having it as nostril jewelry so i figured id add a picture too.the only downside is that the jewelry is so hard to handle when you have long nails so use 2 pairs of tweezers!!! one to hold the stud and one to hold the gemAlso, you dont have to bend the jewelry! its already pre-bent. I learned that the hard way lol

They appear to be good quality and work as intended, the problem I encountered was the length of the bar, which is too long for a nose stud in my opinion. The base touches my septum and irritates it, if I adjust a bit, it sticks too far out and makes the stud look funky on the outside of my nose. Would not buy again and will not be able to wear comfortably, so this purchase has been a fail.
