The middle charm that has a snow flake has a missing stone. I don't know why it was sent out in the first place because its obvious its missing a stone right when you look at it. the other two charms were okay. There is also no "contact the seller" option so I can't ask if they can send me another one. I can only return it which I don't feel like doing. This happened to me with another charm with a another company and after I contacted the seller and showed them a picture of it, they sent me another one for free. I wish the same thing happened here but my only option is to return and I don't feel like going through the whole process and paying for shipping.

I love the two beads, they look exactly like they are pictured, but at first I thought the gems had fallen off the snowflake. It turns out that they are so small that I couldn't see them. The snowflake is also a dull silver. It's a good deal just for the two beads, though, so I'm keeping the set.
