Everything was there and it was in good condition when it came. However, I am frustrated that it didn't say the phrase on the card that said in the picture. Also, I do wish that it had a magnet to connect the butterfly.

It's a pretty necklace but the chain is cheap. It looks cheap and bulky, but that can be fixed by changing the chain.
