Not sure if it actually helps the pain, probably because winter is the worst season for me, but it doesn’t make it worse. Not a big jewelry person by I don’t even notice I have it on. It is pretty & goes with most of what I wear (causal dressy) for work.

My aunt had bought me an original amber bracelet from Chiapas Mexico and I had it for 4 years. I never took it off!!!! Eventually it broke and I had been hunting for something similar, when I saw this one it looked pretty and the stones looked similar to the one I had. In person the bracelet was nice, but after 2 weeks one of the sides broke off! The material was cheap. Cheaaaaapppp material not worth the 16something.

This bracelet style would be nice for an early teenage girl. Adjustment of bracelet is very difficult.
