I ordered this for a condolence gift. Only months before my sister's wedding, her fiance died while on a business trip. No preceding illness, no warning signs, nothing. Tragic and shocking. I bought a beautiful 5-foot teddy bear to give my sister as a condolence gift, wanted her to have something big to hug during her grief, and I needed a bracelet with her fiance's name engraved on it to put on the teddy bear's wrist. And I needed to get it before the funeral, because she was in shock and I really wanted to give this gift to her before that. I requested expedited shipping from this manufacturer (Prime wasn't available), but the time noted was still going to cut it very close to the funeral date. I wrote two brief messages to the manufacturer via Amazon, explaining the situation to them, but with less detail. They got the bracelet to me many days before the funeral, far faster than expected, and I was very surprised by the quality of the bracelet. It looks nice enough in the photo here, but when in hand, I saw it was much finer than I'd anticipated. A company rep wrote me back expressing condolences for our loss, so I can comfortably say that the product is high quality, the customer service is outstanding and care and attention provided by the manufacturer's employees exceeded expectations..
