I got the engraving option and the Chinese characters looks perfect and pristine! It's small, sleek, and minimalistic. The length is 3cm so it won't look clunky on you. The time it took to ship out and deliver was fairly quick as well, especially since it's customized. I am thoroughly impressed, although I wish the characters were engraved downwards rather than from left to right like English letters. I got this to make an amulet. The tools that came with it came in very handy, but do get a separate mini screwdriver to open up the bottom. The hole inside is pretty small so make sure to grind/mill finely what you're putting in it. Overall, very satisfied with what I got! Thank you!

I only needed to contact the seller the same day I placed the order to ensure they could add on an infinity symbol with my daughters' name per her younger brother's request - he designed the sides. The quality is great and it is petite enough without being "too much" in the realm of a necklace for a teenager.You will need a small screwdriver like the kind that comes in an eye-glass repair kit to get the bottom screw out but that is easy enough.
