The customer service was great they noticed I had a typo and reached out to me before they engraved on the back. My only complaint is I had a hard time seeing the words on the back it was either too small or too light to read.

I bought this as a gift for my dad for my wedding. All the pictures made it look like the engraving was easy to read, but it's not. The lettering is so light that I struggle to make out what it says. With my dad's eyesight, he won't even be able to see it. I had to put it in the sunlight to be able to get my camera to show the words in the picture. I'm just very disappointed and it's too close to my wedding to try to order anything else. The shipping on this also takes a while. I also want to mention that it smudges very easily and when I first opened the box the front had something that looked like a booger on it. I was able to scrape that off and get it shined up with a cloth but even the slightest touch puts a smudge on it.Plus sides: it was not crazy expensive and it's a tie clip and does it's job as a clip. Just sort disappointing in the other aspects.
