I have a large neck. Had to buy extension.

Broke immediately. Both of the sides on top of tooth broke off immediately. Maybe damaged while delivering. We will see how the next one pans out. Next one came. Broke within three days. Accidentally fell asleep wearing it and it broke. My last shark tooth lasted 6 years…. And still good only the leather chain gave out finally. Very disappointed
