This listing is absolutely false!!! This is not "22k solid gold" as they claim - it is a plating most likely (if any gold at all) and the metal inside is CHEAP and not safe for body jewelry! As you can see by my pic, this stud rusted in half - it broke while in my piercing. I was starting to react to the metal and my nose was feeling hot and sore, and as I went to remove the piercing to see if there was an infection it snapped in half. I was VERY lucky I didn't inhale the broken off post!!! It did cause a small infection from the cheap, rusted metal beneath the "gold". Save your money and get something better from somewhere else, this body jewelry is UNSAFE, NOT HYGIENIC, and potentially DANGEROUS when IT BREAKS AND RUSTS!!!Never buying from this seller again!!!

Both the smaller and larger gems are the perfect size and I love the way they look. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the ball on the end of the smaller gem’s nose bone (that helps keep it secure once placed through the piercing) is too small and allows it to slip out easily. I want to wear it but can’t because I’m afraid I’ll lose it. I may see if I can find a way to make it work (jeweler?).

I love that the stone is just the right size for my nose. I usually wear a 22 guage bar nose ring with a super tiny studd. This studd is a smidgen bigger but fits my nose perfectly and is very sturdy, not as bendable as some cheaper nose rings. It's so comfortable and petite. Great for the price.

These are SOOO adorable and tiny! I’m sad to say I’ve been through two pairs of them and have none left:(As other reviewers have said, the ball at the end that holds it on is too small so it comes out and gets lost instantly. I used it for the little piercing on the inside of my ear….and I have cheaper ones that stay better. I kept these around for special occasions and didn’t want to wear them because every time I did I lost them with a day or so.However, they are SO cute and seriously look like a little piece of glitter. And I love that they are solid gold. Almost a win!If they fix the issue of the end ball I will definitely be purchasing more!
