It's so beautiful! I purchased the combo pack! I couldn't decide! I'm so grateful for the smaller gage (20g) it didn't hurt sliding in. Recommend using a saline spray on your nose then apply the gorgeous ring! Yahweh bless you and yours!🫶🏻

Okay so I used to wear a 18g nose ring, I wanted to downsize again because my nose piercing was beginning to look more like a coin slot 🥲, So I went with the standard 20g. Before inserting the piercing I used an alcohol wipe to clean the area and then I added a little bit of “hustle butter” (You can use petroleum jelly,A+D,etc) to the hole so it goes in with some ease. Biw initially when I put the piercing into the first hole it went in with ease but when trying to get it through the bottom it took me about a minute and I had to break a lil skin (no bleeding) when doing so. So be mindful! The ball at the end is pretty big so you may need to give it a lil push.

Absolutely recommend this stud! I'd wanted one like this to replace the L shaped one the piercing shop used once it'd healed long enough but I lost the original one sleeping one nite & quickly ordered this one. Yes it hurt a bit to get in but my piercing was only a month & a half old so I'd expected that. Rather glad I had no choice to replace my org jewelry so soon after piercing as i think the hole has healed nicely around this so the chance of losing it has reduced. Had it in since Feb & I've not come close to it falling out a single time, even with daily nose blowing due to allergies. Had one from ano co in the piercing on the other side of my nose that only lasted 2 days so I'm really happy it's not been an issue ever with this one. Only thing I wish is there had been an option for one with a 3 mm stone when I purchased, def would have gone with that if I could have.

Stone protrudes a lot for the standard size. It doesn't sit flat. I can't speak to any discomfort with inserting as I had just changed out the original cork screw from when I got it pierced which was quite painful. I haven't had any pain fo4 discomfort from this ring. I just dont like how large it is. It looks of good quality, but I havent had it for long.

Perfect fit. Beautiful stone. If you have a thin nose the 6mm length is perfect. It stays firmly in nose. Don't snag on clothes or wash clothes. I would recommend purchasing this item

I bought this nose ring to replace one I absolutely loved that was no longer available. The stone in this one was a little larger than my previous one but I didn't think too much about it. It does not sit flush with your nose, it does stick up, again not a deal breaker.I have worn this nose ring for about a year. Putting it in was rough. I did follow the instructions and used some neosporin as a lubricant to insert it but HOLY COW was it uncomfortable. Then I had to take it out for an MRI... HAHA... That was when I decided as soon as I could I would be searching for something different. My nose bled when I removed it and when I reinsert it afterwards, both times using neosporin to try to lessen the pain.Today I received my replacement nose rings. One of the ones I ordered was just a plain 14k 20g bone with a 1.5mm ball on the end...and no lie, the 1.5mm ball is ALMOST the same size as the one that goes through your nose to secure this one in place! I was stunned! No wonder my nose bled and was sore for days after! This thing is going in the trash!

It was easy to get through... I have only had it pierced for 5 weeks and couldn't stand the screw in on the inside of my nose. This hurt to push through but I expected it since it's a new piercing... It's in and I love it. My other one was smaller which I really liked but this isn't too big either. It seems to stay flush so far. I don't think I will have any trouble with it coming out since it was hard to get in. I was pierced with 18g and the ball at the end was tough to get through that. The bar inside my nose isn't too long or short. It's pretty just right. All in all, I recommend this nose stud. Not sure yet if it's real gold or not... I have only had it in for an hour.Update: irritated my holeBought a gold one from Kohl's and no issues sooo I do not believe it is real gold.
