I can only wear titanium and niobium jewelry as my body is sensitive to certain metals. This is the real deal! It's not too heavy and the cones are super easy to screw on. I actually bought this as I wanted to stretch up from 16g to 14g, but I guess I didn't really think through the fact that this is externally threaded. Ouch lol. So I bought a titanium pincher and kept that in for a couple days, then once there wasn't anymore soreness I slipped this one right in!! I've been wearing it for nearly 2 weeks now with zero issues. Definitely recommend!

Jewelry was soooo cute but slightly irritated my piercing and got stuck in my nose 😭😭(not sure if it was my fault or not) so be careful when screwing the spikes on!! Had to go back to my piercer to get the old jewelry off even after trying every method I could.. also this 10mm size was way too wide for me, if u have a smaller nose or prefer a more snug fit I would recommend an 8mm ring instead🥹
