I put this in my tragus. It never was red or irritated. I can't even feel it which is great. It's the perfect size and so cute. I get lots of compliments on it. Everyone seems to think it's the cutest stud. Easy to put in and stays in without readjusting it. The jewelry isn't turning green or shows signs of wear and teat.

I was a bit worried about changing out the original piercing after reading reviews about how tricky it is with such a small labret (it is tiny but appropriately sized for the area and it makes it even cuter) at an awkward angle but it was fine. I don't know if I have a bit more confidence/better handle on things after having a few piercings for years but it was much easier than I expected it to be. I wish I'd ordered as soon as I got the piercing since it only involves changing the front fastening. I also found the seller's guide in the photos to be informative.

i got this for the very top of my ear. went to take it out cause it was getting stuck on my mask, the struggle was real! so maybe dont use in top of ear or place that might be hard to get ahold of

The bar was a little long (6mm) for my tragus piercing so it sticks out a bit, but I love it and will wear it anyway! Attention to detail is amazing. Such a cool stud!

It is very difficult to put in and stay in. Unfortunately, it unscrewed multiple times, and I had to have someone else help me put this piece back in. It's so cute and I'm saddened that this is the case. Hopefully this will save someone else trouble.
