I use these for nipple rings. I had them in for a day, and one of the beads fell off in while I was sleeping and the other fell off in the shower. The whole reason I bought these were so they wouldn't fall out. I previously had rings with the tension bead but they were a pain to put back in so I didn't and lost one of the rings. I also don't like the internal threading. It makes the edge a little sharp which is not what you want going through your nipple. Overall they're simple and what I wanted. I just wish I had more confidence that I won't lose one.
