Boy was I surprised when this arrived. I know other reviews said it was small but I was not expecting that. The head with the jewel is so tiny I’m pretty sure I could pull it all the way through my ear without it catching. The photo makes it look like a stone but it could have very well been a single flake of glitter. I returned it. Not for me.
