Looks nice and it's convenient to put on and take off, and as long as you make sure to tighten the balls every few days you should be good. I forgot to tighten them for a week and lost a ball. Also, I have a strong nickel allergy and my ear seems to be reacting to the metal which leads me to believe that this is not pure titanium.

Be weary, the jewelry is made from Titanium, which makes it really light (I personally have no issue with this).I really like that the balls have to screw on the horseshoe instead of the balls being internally threaded, this makes it feel more secure and less likely to fall off during regular activities. However, the 3mm balls are tiny! A little too small for my liking, but nothing I can't get used to.
