I am extremely sensitive to metals. Often, I'll purchase "surgical steel" jewelry only to find that it's poorly plated or not the adequate grade of metal. The nose ring I purchased through Kinzie Fashion is comfortable and causes ZERO irritation. The design is aesthetically pleasing and I was very happy with the size of the stone, as well. Not too big, not too small. I highly recommend this brand for anyone with sensitivity to metals.

Love it! Great size and color and very comfortable screw. The stone is round which doesn't snag on things as much and the metal is rounded at the end of the screw unlike others I've had that are sharper. I've paid a lot more for poor quality. This is well worth it.

Out of the three that I bought, this one came without a gem in the center at the top. I was looking forward to such a pretty piercing, but all I got was the pricing without the rainbow gem. (photo shows what I received)
