This fits more like an 8mm than a 6 so it's long and it spins around instead of sitting nicely. It is also bigger than I expected it to be and so it looks a little cheap, but it was inexpensive to be fair.

The earring for the helix is ok n little uncomfortable when you sleep.. the hair gets caught in it lot n the earring turns lot so u have to constantly fix it
