Beautiful, diamonds line up when put on. 14g just like average piercing. Arrived early, very pretty. One thing to keep in mind is the size, this is made for small nipples not medium or large nipples. I included a picture comparing this barbell to the barbell that is the average commercial size (the green barbell). The green barbell is the same size of reg titanium barbell piercing for women (men get smaller ones because theirs is smaller, I got the women's ones). This diamond barbell is pretty and classy but small and hugs tight to the nipple. My nipples healed for 1.5 years but if you are still within the first year of your piercing don't change them out.

love, love, love! They are so perfect! I have very sensitive skin. Metal tends to bother me. After buying several sets of nipple rings from places like Spencers and Hot Topic, I had to put the ones I was originally pierced with, back in because the metal would irritate them too much. I've had these in for weeks, and have not had a single problem with them! In my navel ring, I've had a lot of trouble with stones falling out, which I was also worried would happen with these, and have had no such trouble! The jewels are still securely in place. I have also had no problem with the balls coming lose. I adore them. Next time I need nipple rings, I will definitely be buying more of these with just different colors. Very happy!
