The "bead" keeps falling out because one side of it has no nipple to hold it in. Both the original and the replacement I was sent had the same issue. Useless rubbish.

I've bought these a few times from this seller. Always prompt service. Great communication as well! Very nice rings. Pretty easy to put in your ears as well. I use a pair of needle nosed pliers to gently spread them enough to remove the link, then put it in my ear, gently spread them again and pop the link back in. The trick is to not spread them so far they they start to bend, just a light flex is what you need.

Nice product and fits great, however it is very difficult to get the segment back into the ring. I have to remove it quite often and at this point I haven't been able to get it back in while it's in my ear. I will be waiting to order another one until I master that part.

Well it's a stainless steel ring but it is not hasslefree you need a special tool to open up the ring and you need another special tool to close the ring but once it's in it looks cool just don't say its hassle free

The quality of the ring is nice, the shipping was fast and the seller had excellent communications. And for that, this product gets (5) stars.I'm guessing the bad reviews are from people who have never had a segmented earring. I don't think it is fair to leave a poor review just because they are tricky to get on.If you are not sure how to use this type of earring, just search YouTube and you will find many helpful videos.

Honestly it's a huge hassle and I still haven't gotten the bar back in. Also a small piece broke and twisted outward so I can't even wear it without risking it cutting my ear. I normally don't write reviews but if it saves one person out there the inconvenience of getting a bad product then it's worth my time.
