The hole is soo small, I tried for hours and could never get close to getting it to work. I recommend not purchasing if you are female.

Take the balls off both ends, then stick the bar through your nipple.Put the shield on, and stick the bar through the middle, one end at a time (don't put the bar through the little holes yet.Pull your nipple all the way through, using the bar.Now put the bar ends through the little holes, and screw the balls on.They are beautiful. I love them. Yes the hole might be small for some. My nipples are average and as long as I use the method above, they fit my nipples just fine.My nipples aren't long, though, so they are kind of pulled tight when these are on, so I can only wear them for 5 or 6 hours without them getting sore. That's just a consequence of this style of nipple shield, though - the craftsmanship is good!

okay I absolutely love these they're way cute but the whole for the nipple is TINY.Literally barely got it on and then once I did it was so snugg it constantly pulled on mine causing pain eventually and not the good kind 🙃Would only recommend if you got itty-bitty titty tips.

I am a SMALL A cup.... there's absolutely no excuse for how tiny the area where your nipple slides thru is. Literally no one will fit into these.

These are quite pretty. Fairly easy to put on. I don't like the fact that the ball comes off both ends of the bars. I have just enough room and they aren't to big
