I've been wearing the smaller of these studs for several months now. With my old nose screw, I'd constantly have to be fussing with the jewelry, as it would always twist around and poke the inside of my nostril. This ones stays secure all day-- I never have to fuss with it and I don't feel it at all, even when blowing my nose. The other issue I had with my old jewelry is that it was most of a cylinder shape, such that when you were looking at me straight on, you'd just see the metal side of the piercing. These studs are flatter, so that the actual shiny crystal part is more prominent from the front. I haven't worn the larger one, but the smaller one is the perfect size for what I wanted-- very subtle, but still catches the light when I turn. The only issue I've had with it is when I have to itch my nose (thanks to seasonal allergies)-- I've had a few scares in which it's fallen out with little resistance. Luckily I was able to find it quickly but it's so small, it would be extremely easy to lose. Still, I don't really have to take any more precautions than with any other kind of nostril jewelry (such as being careful when towel drying my face). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd be the same amount of money for just one of these studs, let alone two.

I bought these nose studs to replace a stud that I had stuck in my nose for the past 10 years. (Lucky thing I liked it!) When the diamond fell out recently, I was forced to figure out a way to get the stud out. Due to the shape of the ball on the end, it was very difficult and painful to pull it out. The size and shape of these new studs are great! They easily slide in and out without hurting my nose, and the ball is just the right size to keep the stud in place. I love the two different size stones in this set as well. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing these studs, as you can't beat the quality and the price!

I put the large one in and it literally fell right back out and went down the drain. Tiny gauge, too short, and the bulb is almost non existent. Like I said, it fell out, very disappointed. A total waste of money. Also the large one was bent, like it matters.

excellent quality and the 1.5 size is exactly what I've been looking for. The length of the stud/bone is also perfect. The crystal is shiny and seems very secure in the prongs.09/16/2015 - UPDATE: I've had to remove the item from use as the "sterling silver" is tarnishing the skin on my nose. This is not an item you can wear all day everyday. It is like "evening wear" and you should be careful when extending the wear of this item. Wish it came in surgical steel.

For me these are just what I needed. They are small and cute and seem to be of great quality. I have to be care what I put in my nose because I have sensitivity to some metals. The bad ones will cause pain in that area and major swelling but these don't do that. They also stay in place because of the stopper on the back but it's not to big to where you can't get it out without hurting. Definitely a great a product and the price is amazing.

These are tiny and thin thin thin. They do stay in pretty tight; I sleep in them. One thing that really hurts is the prongs will catch and they'll get yanked out iv the shower or putting on shirts. Ouchy. They went in easy without discomfort, taking them out is a little tender but nothing bad. Very sparkly, pretty and petite. The smaller sized one is really tiny. Don't stick them in until your piercing is healed, like with anything, but if you have any swelling these might not go all the way through-it may close up inside. I'm generally pretty sensitive to cheapo metal and have no issue with these. If you're not healed up good, IKD, just wait until healed up well. Good deal, pretty and besides the catchy prongs really nice. Oh, I have allergies so blowing my nose is a priority and these are way better than anything with brain skewers in my nostrils!

I am so thrilled with this purchase! I've been searching for a teeny, tiny diamond nose stud and I finally found it! I love that you get two different sizes with for the price of one! It's always hard to determine the size of something like this until you actually see it in your hand and the size of the smallest stud is more perfect than I could ever imagine! The sterling silver accents the cubic zirconia, giving the appearance of an expensive, diamond nose stud. All this for a great low price! I'm thinking of purchasing another to have on hand just in case I were to lose one (it happens) because I love them so much!

These studs may be too short for some people, but they are the perfect fit for me. Great quality for the price, the stone doesn't fall out, metal doesn't irritate my skin. After trying many kinds, I buy these exclusively.
