Exactly what I expected when I ordered it, although since it is a smaller nose ring (I used it for my septum) it was a challenge getting the balls on. I had to use needle nose pliers and gloves to get a grip on the ball itself to screw it in properly, but that could just be my experience. I've had my septum piercing for about 5 years now, so I don't change it often as I am picky about style and size. This was a great buy though, as it looks great and fits well.

I love this jewelry so much! It fits snug to my nose and could be flipped up if ya scooch it around a little bit. My only complaint is that the balls get loose fairly easily so make sure to check them every now and again!

One of the balls literally broke off the post on the first day. Very disappointing!!!

I had a hard time deciding whether to buy this or not due to the mixed reviews. So hopefully this helps someone in the future. quality isn't terrible for the price, size and fit was great, and looked very cute in my opinion. Downsides: because of such a small size of jewelry, the balls were very difficult to screw on. Once on i had to keep retightening them, eventually (about a week later) I lost one and ultimately ended up taking it out. Would I recommend to a friend? Not at all. Was a waste of money in my experience

Love this ring! I have a small nose so this size worked out pretty well. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I have had no problems with it tarnishing or irritating my piercing. I didn't have too hard of a time screwing in the ball, it just takes some good hand-eye coronation to put on while looking in the mirror. Also, it's a nice price (and with prime if you're in need of it quickly)!

It was too tiny for my nose only the balls stuck out

Item exactly as described. I'm not sure why anyone would consider this too small to fit in a septum - it's a standard gauge and diameter and doesn't pinch at all. The jewelry is subtle in size and meant to not hang very far below your septum, but it's extremely shiny so it will be noticeable. The only con is that it takes a while to screw the ball in (especially if you have long nails). It also seems like it is difficult to flip up since it's so small - if you're concerned about hiding the jewelry you'd be better off buying a retainer.
