you get 16 individual bracelets as advertised.. they are real leather and the clasp is string.. i had one string on one bracelet come untied on me but i retied the knot and everything is fine.. i used one for my cats collar for a couple days --looked really cool-- but the bracelet doesnt stay tight with her scratching at it so i went back to a regular collar for her. Very happy with this purchase.
