I’m a singer and even after decades I always get a little jittery before a performance. I use this to not only calm my breathing, but do semi-occluded vocal exercises with it as well. It works like a “singing straw” and so I can warm up quietly, anywhere, and stay warmed-up between sets. This is my second necklace for that purpose.

I was a bit dubious about spending so much on what's kind of just a refined straw at first, but to its credit, it's quite sleek and well-made. Even comes with a lil' box to keep it in! Helps me slow my breathing when I'm getting stressed, is heavy enough that you won't keep forgetting it's there, and no issues with the necklace or fastening either. Definitely a bit of a niche thing for anxiety symptoms, but whatever works!

I really like the concept. Hate the chain. The pendant/straw is very sturdy. The chain in thin, and flimsy. Would have preferred a ball chain, and a bit longer.

I bought this as a gift and it just arrived the other day. I read reviews warning buyers about rust or other things inside the necklace so I took a scrub brush to it and it was nice and clean inside. Would still recommend cleaning it though just to get any dust or packaging debris out. But overall 10/10. Beautiful product.

Returned because chain was too short to wear and use product as intended. The actual product seems well made and sturdy but no way I can use it with such a short chain (though the chain itself seems to be sturdy material as well). Maybe it works but I'll never know.....

Super cheap, thin chain that looks tacky. The little hinge that acts as a loop to hook it to the chain is also very thin and cheap, it feels like it will likely break off at that point. The mouthpiece is just the flat end of a cylinder, and the diameter of the hole within the cylinder is too large so it doesn’t have a “pull” at all. I also got a $10 one and I really expected this $30 breathing necklace to be my favorite but the cheap one is way better. It is sturdy construction with a nice feeling sturdy chain and the mouthpiece is tapered for a better mouth feel and the inner diameter is smaller so it has a better pull and works much better for replacing the cartridge vape experience. The cheaper one is called Duos Lac, highly recommend getting that one over this Fum brand.

I'm glad I ordered this, it helps me breathe and I can already tell it will help me stop vaping. It's also nicely weighted and I can tell it's well made. The chain fit good but it comes with some links to adjust so that was nice too.
