As other reviewers have said, there are no instructions with the holder. But, it's pretty obvious that the poles need to be afixed to the platform and the cups need to be on the poles, in descending order. If you have a small magnetic phillip screwdriver, you will have no trouble putting in the screws, it's easy to see through the plastic as to whether the tiny screws are going in straight.Yes, there is a problem with wobbling, the screws on the platform will protrude and make the bottom uneven. If you have a 1/4 inch drill bit, you can countersink the screws by drilling away a bit of the holes so they are not above the bottom surface. You could, instead, add velcro dots the the four bottom corners, so that the screw heads will not make the base wobble at all. I just ordered a second one of this item, it looks fabulous, I have a collection of cheapo knockoff sunglasses and now I have a great display for them, I can grab a pair that enhance my outfit on-the-fly.

The idea of the Holder is a good one; but the execution was extremely poor. The screws would not tighten, so the shelves never stayed in place. I got rid of it.

I have just received this display that I purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. Unfortunately my husband will not able to have this for a gift since it is not good. Firstly, One of the Columns to hold the glasses seem to be defected. The screw hole is loose and therefore unable to hold. So one of the stands would be missing. Secondly, when I put the stand to stay flat on my dresser, it is not stable. It keeps rocking which is just intolerable. Thirdly it is a fight to get a pair of glasses to sit on it neatly. Sad to say it was quite a disappointment since I now have to return this and go hunting for a different gift with three days before Christmas.

Great for organizing your eyewear where they are visible when yu need them. It doesn't take up much space and nice for the price

This is an attractive display piece made with thick, durable, and polished acrylic.There were only two minor flaws: first, it arrived without any assembly instructions although it was rather straightforward to put together. Second flaw is one that may not apply for your usage as I bought it for 3D glasses. For this purpose, the holders are narrower and more closely spaced than would be ideal. It still does what I bought it for but requires a deliberate placement.
